This holiday season is going to be big and special for me…
Around my 30th year, I was on extended travel through parts of Asia, and I made four separate visits to Nepal.
It was my favorite Asian country for several reasons, but mostly because of the Himalayas.
Over an almost three-year period, I trekked close to 900 miles through those mythic mountains.
I knew I would go back soon.
But life got busy. I had two kids. Years ticked by, then decades, without me returning to the great Himal.
About 12 years ago, I decided that I would like to go back there with my sons.
Sometime I figured, when they were between about 16 and 25.
This fall, it became clear that this is the year for it.
They are 20 and 22 years old.

On December 15 we are flying into Kathmandu.
I will be back in the saddle after the 22nd of January, renewed and empowered by the High and Holy Himalaya, ready to take you to a whole new level of whole-human strength, and in 2024.
