Is there a way to use the Fairgrounds to serve the community, and make money to pay for its upkeep, preservation, and improvement?
Comments from the public in meetings like these often carry a lot of weight in determining future courses of action.
Join me there to gain insight into the political and other factors that are at play in determining
the future of this excellent and under-utilized public property.
You can also make your voice heard.
Let the interested parties know if you think it is a great place for a fitness center and other indoor and outdoor activities.
Let them know if you think it would be great to have a fitness center there open year-round, through the winter and maybe even during the fair itself!
Functional fitness exhibitions and experiences could be a wonderful addition to our Island County fair experience!
